• How do my staff get access to clinicalskills.net?

clinicalskills.net is loaded onto your institutional intranet. The content must be password-protected. Staff or students can view the package at any time they choose, wherever they have access to your intranet. The package allows users to update themselves about procedures they have not undertaken for a while, and to check that they are fully up to date with current guidance.

• Is the CD available in any other languages?

Not at the moment. This may become an option in the future. If you would be interested in a Welsh-language edition of clinicalskills.net (or any other language), please contact us and let us know.

• What if the procedure I want my staff to follow is not in your package?

If you buy clinicalskills.net we can add further procedures to your package at no extra cost if your staff can demonstrate them for us.

• What if our policies and procedures are different to the ones in your package?

Ideally, we like to adapt our procedures so that they are acceptable throughout the UK, in accordance with the available evidence. However, we accept that there are different ways of doing things and if needed we can produce tailor-made procedures for your own institution.
